IMMIGRATION’S PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATIONS
At Therapy Works we have a team of Bilingual therapists in Spanish and English with license, certifications, extensive experience and endorsed to do the clinical mental health evaluations for your immigration process. Our therapists are experts in this area and have first-hand knowledge of the immigration process, as many of them are immigrants.
A clinical evaluation for immigration is a professional document that presents the emotional and mental status and symptoms that a person presents while going through the immigration process. This psychological report shows the extreme suffering, trauma or any other mental health disorder that a person can suffer due to being separated from their family, the transition from one country to another, among other situations that cause this process.
This evaluation is carried out through interviews, the application of psychological tests, the collection of testimonies and the exchange of information. It is a very detailed process where we collect everything necessary to make the document a strong test for the immigration process.
The types of evaluations we do are: WAIVERS-FORGIVENESS (Hardship Evaluations), CANCELLATION OF DEPORTATION, VISA-U, VAWA (for domestic violence).
